Can’t inform employee of upcoming time off huge surprise not in a good way!!

Always micro managed

No gas or mileage reimbursement
Managers aren't professional looking or acting
Pay is not good considering it’s a part time in the first place can’t survive with the current pay

What kind of app is used for reporting, and is there a way to report with out having a data plan on smart phone? Could you use a iPad with out cellular plan and wifi only?
The company finally went to devices that are paid for by them. It is still a good idea to have a cell phone with you since company devices do not even call 911 or your supervisor.
