A Recruiter calls for a phone interview and asks a series of questions to determine if your qualifications meet the requirements of the job. The questions are generally about your retail experience and if you know how to read and use a plan o gram. They also ask if you have access to a computer, printer, email, and smart phone as these items are needed to perform the job. The recruiter discusses your availability to make sure you can work the schedule assigned to the area you are interviewing for.

Most TNG retail merchandising positions are PT. Therefore they are very strict about keeping your weekly hours under 28, (at least in Ohio, that is).I have worked for TNG going on 3 years part-time and have never been offered any kind of part-time benefits. But there are other merchandising companys that do offer decent part-time benefits. It just depends on the size of the company.
