Be more respectful to my employees and treat them as adults. I would consider each employee's opinion when given and I would give each employee a raise every 6 months and have cookouts and family and friends day and things like that
Better communication with managers. Allow us to have (or at least pay discounted rates for) old magazines/books. I’d also like a Facebook group or some kind of connection with other employees to talk about work.
A small "Perk" goes a long,long way! How about a few (5) magazines a week to each employee. And I actually Do work for TNG. Maybe a Company logo vest w/pockets to keep up with phone, cutter, pen, bandaids...and of course, a raise, when merited. If there are no perks, work can get to be mundane.So far, I do enjoy working for TNG.
I would pay the assiocates more money.
