This place has many different homes and each home as its own unique set of challenges, some are relaxed others are quick-paced. The clients can and will change, each day is a different day. Night shift is a good shift as you are paid to sleep. It appears that management is a bit scrambled as we have gone through a few supervisors and it appears at times - more... they are disorganized as they will try to schedule a meeting and expect you there with a 24-48 hour notice. - less
ProsRelaxed, Easy Shifts
ConsMoney, Disorganization
