HR very friendly and great communication leading up to the interview with Management. After interview you get no feedback or return emails on status.

Long.. Not only that, but they make you feel like you have the job, re-interview you and months into the process, after not responding to a follow up e-mail, message that you were not chosen. Interviewing recruiter wouldn't return my call after I called back to schedule the second interview either. So discouraging when you receive rejection knowing you were a perfect fit for the position.
