Constantly changing, not always good. Does not stick with ideas, lack of follow through on ideas and curriculum. Leadership is weak, student discipline is lacking.

TUHSD is a great example of how higher pay doesn't always equal a better place to work. I felt very isolated on a huge campus. They had so much turnover that veteran teachers made very little effort to get to know newer teachers, often refusing to even speak to them. When asked, I was told "what's the point?
