Super big dealership lots of sales people 30+ , but only very few make good money . Sales floor needs better balance. Divided sales floor (new car sales person only allowed to sale new and used car only allowed to sale used , but internet department sales new and used and at the same time can take fresh walk in customers ) makes it really hard to make - more ... a decent paycheck. - less
