Customer Service Representative in Rochester, MN
Thankless job. Upper management is about the money and could careless about their employees. The additude is "If you don't like it, then leave" and "Everyone is replaceable"
Commercial Installer in Rochester, MN
The work environment is very toxic, alot of talking down on others and gossip about other workers. That no one is good enough attitude is very common. The training is almost non existent, just brief explanations and they expect you to know what to do after that and if you don't do it right they will talk down on you and won't even give you a chance to really learn. The hours are fine and the pay could be better but overall the work environment and training tactics need to be desperately addressed because they are very terrible.
Service tech in Rochester, MN
Great pay if you're working. Hours are all over. Management always tries to pass responsibility to others. Tons of gossip and toxic culture can be stressful.
Great place to work. Very flexible. Family owned. Very little turnover. Lots of room for movement. Several departments to choose from and advance in.
Apprentice Plumber/Pipefitter in Rochester, MN
High cost for services, limited skilled apprentices work much of the time by themselves on service work. Journeyman and or master plumbers usually work along side a new employee until limited services skills are taught, not much code is taught to apprentice plumbers.
