The company had an amazing product yet decided to switch gears in a different direction, ultimately barreling towards their demise. The CEO put stock in underqualified engineers rather than seeking the most qualified engineers to guide him. It felt like he was willing to cling to anyone, no matter their qualifications, if they just told him what he wanted to hear. Promotions and career path guidance were non-existent. I came back to Toolwire after time away because they were smart, empathetic people who genuinely liked each other. It's hard to put a price on that. I'd work with any of them again happily.
