Good Starting Point

It is a good starting point for your copywriting career or if you want to make money on the side in writing. They are very flexible with their deadlines and offer a wide range of writing genres. The only con is there is never any "raises". You get paid per "page" as in per topic (not how many pages your write for each topic). There are no benefits besides experience and no moving up.

Just not the workplace they advertise

I was a TopSpot for a bit. I think they have the right intentions, but don't meet expectations. Too many meetings and it feels like there is never enough time to actually work. Breakfast meetings seem useless to me honestly, managers are not the greatest and I feel like management could do better. Fine Place to Work

The pay was decent overall. The managers were very helpful and certainly very interested in you succeeding, hence the extensive training. While I liked everyone who worked there the more technical nature of the job just wasn’t for me.
