Favoritism (which is frowned upon by the company, it has its own policy), not enough hours, no room for growth, lack of correct training, and constant blaming on associates for not selling enough credit cards (which most of the time the customer does not want to get into that type of trouble).
The managers were the rudest and most immature people I’ve met
Upper management being rude and refusing to listen the part time employees about anything.
Poor Pay, and even worse hours. I wish I had more hours. That alone would have made it better.

Unfortunately work and home balance is a little off and the stress levels are higher than I would like to see for myself at this stage of the game. I would also prefer to have more availability for my family going forward.

The managers are very disrespectful, low pay, never get any hours, no training, and they will yell at you and hold grouges when you don't know anything ..
