Favoritism (which is frowned upon by the company, it has its own policy), not enough hours, no room for growth, lack of correct training, and constant blaming on associates for not selling enough credit cards (which most of the time the customer does not want to get into that type of trouble).

Unfortunately work and home balance is a little off and the stress levels are higher than I would like to see for myself at this stage of the game. I would also prefer to have more availability for my family going forward.
