I had issues with management, they constantly sent me home early even if I was the only one working, they showed extreme favoritism, and they pressure you to get people to sign up for credit cards even threatening your job if you don't get one. Because women mainly work in the stores it is highly emotional and everyone is angry at the same time. If you stay quiet and do your job, they wont like you; if you talk like you're their best friend they will like you initially, but that always changes. At the end of the day the customers are very rude and you only get minimum wage, you have to question if this job is really worth your time, because your time means nothing to them.

It is really slow like 95% of the time because it is an outdoor mall and it can be too hot or rainy for customers. However, when the mall is busy, the store gets crazy packed.

Most interactions with DM and higher level management are stressful and you’re made to feel like you don’t matter unless your out performing your fellow coworkers and other stores in your district. Emphasis on upselling the store credit cards. Sense of entitlement from customer base.
