Project Manager (Current Employee) – Bentonville, AR – September 10, 2017
A typical day is long, stressful and completely unorganized. No real support or engagement from management. You are told what they think you want to hear. Management is completely disconnected from the reality of their own structure, environment and people.
Free coffee, soda
Long work hours, no management support, cut throat, targeting
The business as a whole creates a poor work experience.
Service engineer (Former Employee) – United States – May 5, 2018
Unhappy employees across America all have the same things to complain about. And it all boils down to management and sales. Area managers are worthless because the business allows sales to run the show. But then sales doesn't try hard enough for new customers. I personally handed over potential new business to sales and i know for a fact that they never followed the lead. If managers find out those facts, I guarantee they would have ignored.
None other than the pay is decent in some areas.
As a whole, They need alot of structuring to do, As long as they have been in business you would think that they would be way past this
Driver (Former Employee) – King of Prussia, PA – November 22, 2017
This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for. Constantly put into unsafe working conditions without the proper tools or help to do the job. Manager was in way over his head, constantly lied to employees with a straight face, and treated them as if they were his children. I would recommend someone to consider McDonald's before working for this company
Technician (Former Employee) – Farmington Hills, MI – November 10, 2017
Too much work, service calls vs. service techs. Told not to use over 20.00 in parts.Unreachable goals. Salespeople give customers unrealistic promises. Afraid to hire enough people to mange territory effectively.
Sales Executive/Account Manager (Former Employee) – Lexington-Fayette, KY – September 25, 2017
Worst place i bave ever worked. The manager couldn't managed himself out of a paper bag. The sales team is a joke an they habe tons of turnover. Myself and another person both sre gone after 2 months of being hired.
