Clear out your executive team. concentrate on hiring people who want to effect change and not stay stuck in old methodologies. find and place leadership in the appropriate areas. there are some managers who are mismatched with roles/responsibilities; if it weren't for some of the line managers more people would have left by now.
you talk of transparency but we hear nothing about what's really going on in the company. we don't hear about the wins... you pick and choose what you want to tell us. there's no room for advancement in many areas. people want to grow and there's simply no opportunity or education to aide in that.
systems are antiquated. new hires have to buy or bring in their own equipment to work. the company offers nothing in regard to getting the new hire off on the right foot. many are left to their own devices and seek any lifeline they can grab a hold. but it doesn't matter how many suggestions people give you... it all falls on deaf ears.
