Total Access offers an outstanding package of benefits for their employees. The health, dental, and vision insurance plans are reasonably priced and offer fantastic coverage. As a full-time employee, you can expect to work 36-44 hours a week—which generally shakes out to be three to four days a week. The schedules are made two months in advance, so you have ample time to plan ahead and find trades if necessary. One of the benefits of being open seven days a week is that the scheduling is very flexible, and can be tailored to most employees' school and family responsibilities.
