Get rid of anyone in the upper management as they can't assist the customer service reps. If we don't have good management then why have them? They don't listen to our concerns from the front line. Make sure the owner knows what's going on first hand.. As he's clueless

Answered

Oh where does one start? The lack in communication. The training isn't what it should be. The lack of supervisors knowing how to help. The fact that they don't care about a person's health or wellbeing and will fire you for being sick. Lack of compassion even though they think they are caring.

Take a look at what is being said by people not in HR, not execs, VPs or whatever. Stop being so insulated and buying out competitors. Have internal focus rather than rapid expansion. Look at google reviews of the services.

Not good. Shift bids every 6 months never promised the same hours every 6 months. They ask you to pick your 1st favorite time to work and least favorite time. You'll get whatever they feel is appropriate for them. Also when they have those who never have to switch hours but everyone else does. Not fair as everyone should and it shouldn't matter on department or their metrics..
