It is a very involved process and takes an abnormal amount of time. They will push candidates through several interviews spanning over the period of weeks. I had 2 phone interviews, a one-hour video interview, and a final interview on-site which was 2 hours (two different people interviewing and shadowing two different positions). If you are going for a sales position, you will also be required to take tests on mathematics, company knowledge, states/time zones, and typing. They do prepare you for the tests and they are not difficult. However, don’t get too optimistic and definitely do not put all of your eggs in one basket with this company - they will pull people through weeks of interviews only to get struck down by the higher-ups immediately. Definitely continue applying and interviewing with other companies simultaneously.

They drug test but it is not on site. It is through a third party company based on where you live I believe.

Long and militant

It took about a month to go through the entire process. A recruiter will reach out to you and do a phone interview, and if that goes well they will direct you to a local office where you will go in and do some shadowing with a current employee. You will then be asked to take three tets that you need to pass. After that you will have an interview with a hiring manager. Assuming you get offered the position, it could take up to a week to run a background check and employment verification, although this is all subject to how soon they need people and what day the office starts their new empolyees on.

I was told 35k paid biweekly during training. After training you get the salary or Commission what ever greater.
