At Total Woman it is our goal to empower all of our employees and members. While each club has it's own personality based on the General Manager, the Home Office is here to support, guide and advise each business. There have been some fantastic enhancements this year and we are excited to move into 2018 with a dedicated and committed team.

Most employees work part-time (less than 29 hours per week). And the great thing is, you are considered full-time if you work an average of only 30 hours per week. Then you get benefits too.

It can take 2-6 weeks to get hired depending on the role. There is an online application available at our career page www.totalwomanspa.com. If you are applying for a Spa position, there will be a practical given before an offer. Mainly we are looking for the right skill set match. The kids club positions take the longest to fill because we require everyone working with the children to be Trustline certified.
