Make every effort to make sure communication is effective...do away with paper in-services and take the time to meet with the nursing staff as a whole to hear their concerns and inform them of changes or expectations

I would fire the administer. Get someone who loves the residents and who cares about them. The Heights Of Tomball hired the the devil to run their business. The management team in its entirety needs professional help. The management team is like the devil. How do you glorify God when you talk ugly to staff and resident? Please explain!!!
