Patient Service Representative in Austin, TX
Was a great place. Unfortunately fell into wrong management. Manager and upper management are completely rude. Need a better communication system and management itself.
Technologist in Burleson, TX
zero focus on pt care & ethics
This company herds pts in and out like cattle. They will double book pts, book pts with illegal orders and expect the techs to scan the pt. Front desk and manager mistakes cause the techs to run behind on a daily. Anything is done to fill the schedule. Lunch is never guaranteed. Center is understaffed-management isn't concerned that techs are getting ran into the ground. Staff is underappreciated and not valued at all. Zero room for advancement. Center and regional managers lie and do not keep their word-they can not be trusted. Staff and managers don't see eye to eye, which causes an ever ending battle. Their ethics and morals are out the door. Medical supplies and PPE are hidden, literally in a secret room. Low ball salary and pathetic raises.

Run and do not apply
The workplace culture is to pack the schedule, double-booked the schedule, obtain the goal numbers required by Touchstone, and or the manager. Totally absurd schedule to keep up with the patient load. You are always running behind, the patient is always right, the employee is always suspect, and wrong. No manager on site. One manager for three different offices totally removed from patient workload reality. Treating patients as cattle to be herded and prodded and scanned as quick as possible without regard to the patient being a human being rather than a number. A high turnover employee turnover rate for a reason.

Run! Do not apply here!
I always thought reviews on here were really dramatic, but I learned my lesson. Couldn't find a job after recently moving and took a position at Touchstone out of desperation. Management is nearly absent and out of touch with daily workplace activities. Not to mention there are people in management that have zero imaging background and experience that are making decisions for employees/patients which is very unsafe. Morale is low and there is no appreciation for hard work. Raises are purely based on numbers and if your modality didn't meet the requirements, well you are out of luck. If you are a tech of any kind and want to produce quality work, go find another place to work because it seems like whatever will do. The only thing that WAS good here was the cookies, but those are gone now.
Patient Service Representative in Fort Worth, TX
Annual percentage raises, bonuses but never meet goal to get one. Communication all across is horrible. Great employees are not recognized and pay is absolutely unfair. Management is not encouraging and at most down right mean.
