Good opportunity for some, but for most it’s a revolving door
Patient Service Representative (Former Employee) – Thornton, CO – May 29, 2018
Spent multiple years working there, got little to no recognition. No benefits, and a poverty wage that essentially amounts to nothing. After multiple years of service they’ll let you go 4 days before Christmas because a coworker, with fewer years experience at the company simply doesn’t like you.
Additionally you’re expected to deal with a high volume, the end goal is to cram as many patients or studies in one day as possible, and as others stated this company is incredibly cheap, probably the cheapest I’ve worked for.
If you’re not apart of the group, don’t gossip, do your job as one should and don’t show up to every event, you will NOT be well liked. In short, if you miss high school and the wrong people receiving praise then it’s a perfect fit!
None, you might get a 0.25 raise a year if you’re lucky, though they’ll forget about giving you that for multiple years
Everything, never got benefits nor paid vacation, always treated like a misfit
