Great team to work with, lot of things to work on and learn. Lot of opportunities to move up via internal promotions within the plant. Great management team.

Plenty of over time and the chance to make more money if ya want off most weekends but there sometimes is the chance to work weekends and Sundays is double pay
Assembly Worker/Machine Operator/press operator in Fountain Inn, SC

I worked for tower international for a year and worked with some great people but management will lie to you just to get you in and flip everything once you start, they don’t appreciate the permanent workers and they showed me by hiring temporary workers and starting them off with the same pay I was making and also a signing bonus. If you have a family and love them this isn’t the job I’d recommend

Cost of living goes up multiple times a year but you'll never get a cost of living increase if you lucky you'll get 50 or 60 cent a year. No employee appreciation at all but maybe a shirt once every couple years
Maintenance Technician in Bellevue, OH

The work is good but the shift leaves little time for home life. You can be forced to work from 4 to 7 10 hour shift a week. Supervision is pretty good. If you don't have kids its a good job to make good money.
