In general a day at work is simply that a day at work. Depending on what is happening in can be overwhelming. As for management it depends on the individual. Each one has their own style. The Culture also depends on which department you are in. Majority of my learning was outsourced. I am the only person here that does what I do. The hardest part of the job is getting individuals to provide feedback and output in a timely fashion. The most enjoyable part of the job is when I am able to successfully accomplice what I set out to do and do what is in the best interest of Town.
