Up the payscale for all the departments so that employees feel valued, and will want to stay working for the company instead of wanting to quit. Have room for adavancement, and not just say there is room for adavancement when there is no room for advancement.
Put supervisors in charge that care about their employees and not just look at them as bodies! And who will properly and professionally communicate with his constituents as necessary!
Up the pay to like 10.50 because nobody can live off this salary
Bring honest is the best thing
Although Towne Park's company standard is very high, it has a tremendous flaw in how they hire, train, retain and promote employees. My advice to Towne Park, Ltd. management would be to give recognition more often, encourage all employees to seek promotions, and promotes those who show a sincere desire to learn and grow.
