Fun place to work, but management was not up to par

I enjoyed my time there, but I had to move on due to promises of advancement that were not followed through on. I was promised many things at the interview level, offered the job on the spot, and started working almost immediately. After a few months, things were not as promised.

The management staff is very helpful and supportive. They spend a lot of time training me. The pay plan is very fair and competitive. I received monthly bonuses and weekly incentives to hit my objective.

Amazing environment to grow and learn

Management is amazing here. Towne has a super collaborative environment, and management is super helpful and supportive. They have a great hands on way of teaching. I've never been left in the dark. My managers are always offering me advice and tips to get better everyday. LOVE THIS PLACE!
