Overall a good culture, but no flexibility or room for career advancement
Not the worst, not the best
Tries to be a "fun culture" but losing touch quickly with employees and just becoming profit focused and not caring about employees.
Everything falls on the digital marketing specialists without compensation for it.
Pitch themselves as a "start-up" with great advancement but it's a dead end job unless you want to be - more... a manager, which is just a dead end middle management role or make a lateral move to a support department.
Gives 15 days PTO, no sick time, and not flexible with hours/schedule. If you take a day off it takes 3 times the work to catch up with makes ... - less
Proscasual dress (jeans), the team you work with is typically tight knit
Consschedule, Pto, career advancement
