Work hard Keep your nose clean and you will do fine. Break any 3 rules and you will be out. No Fighting No Drugs and keep a good attendance. Pay is good and benefits even better.

They will tax all bonuses from you if in a specific plant. Going through changes as of 2022 but its not good for the people. You work about 10 hours a day and get called in every other Saturday to work the same. Sundays are iffy but if they ask dont do it the money isnt worth it. Management just cares about numbers and paying people less than they deserve and will take advantage of you if they know you’re a good worker.

All I heard growing up is how I should get on at Toyota, I get there and it's get a great structure and whatnot, but with gas right now and the wages, the unsteadyness of work, and the overall environment, it's not anywhere I could stand working for over a year without wanting to tear my hair out of boredom, you do the same task every day, make the hour drive to work every morning and after work

I've worked in the auto industry 15 years. Most places, its easy to become a number - being skipped for opportunities, etc. Not here. They believe in promoting from within and training is heavily invested in. Culture of Caring is their motto, and is so much more than word speak - they actively work to make it a family culture. I've only been a part of the organization for a few months, but its a stark difference from all other groups and family owned dealers I've been at previously. Plus, income potential is huge - high volume, and high reward for hard work. Those who fail here, lack work ethic to handle the daily hustle.

Promotion is out of the question for some not all and I’ve worked here for about 5 months and still haven’t received a raise at first I liked it here now I’d rather work somewhere where I can grow
