Family owned business with many family members working in the office. Just like any office, theres favoritism. You're expected to be at your desk at all times but 10 min breaks help. Owner doesn't give yearly reviews or rises. He will give you a rise when he feels like you deserve one. You can move up in the company with NO salary change. Fun and focused work environment !!
Outstanding team of knowledgeable coworkers. A great company delivering more to their workers and clients. TPG is a family owned business and the owners understand family comes first. Some employees have kids in sports that like to leave a little early in seasons to watch their kids play. It really is comforting in this day and age, as long as you do your job you feel right at home !

A Typical working place, I enjoy working with the customers, most customer contact was over the phone, there were some walk in's . It was a small family owed environment so a very small office. In the summer months we had BBQ's Pot Luck once a month.
