The blatant favoritism and mistreatment of employees, disregard for scheduling availability (i.e. being told an employee cant work certain days and scheduling them only those days and proceeding to change the schedule the day before/of and not notifying employee of the changes made)
I’m only part time with school so that doesn’t help one bit. But even part time workers will average @least 20 hours a week so if you’re looking to make easy side cash, this is a great place to go.
As of March 12, 2020, as it’s been for the past like two years, the minimum age to be hired is 18. This is a GREAT thing since you won’t half to deal with childish teenagers that don’t know what they want to do with their life. The main reason for this is because each store owns a forklift, and to require a forklift certification (NOT A LICENSE), requires you to be @least 18. If you know of someone working at a tractor supply under the age of 18, please call the district manager of those local store and notify him as soon as possible as this can be a high liability issue and OSHA can even shut down that store for this exact reason.
I’d say at least a year. I reviewed a 75 cent raise after working nearly a year and a half so if you do decide to apply to a tractor supply, find one that’s understaffed that way there’s more wiggle room for a easy raise.
Nothing thats why i quit, you'll get a mandatory 25 cent raise once a year even with a outstanding review you get the same raise as the person with many write ups
Not enough hours for the position Team Leads pulling you off tasks to do their job cause they are too weak to move a 4 ton pallet of food and they want you to do it when the store is full of customers
