Hours always being cut. Poor management. Never enough employees to cover the customer's needs. Sales plan ridiculously high making it you cant get more thsn 30 hours a week and cant make your month so you cant achieve the bonus they dangle like a carrot in front of you. Get a raise? 10 cents? Gotta cut payroll so you are the first one cut because of how much you make. Use their most dedicated hard working team members but cut their hours first and degrade them for things others do and no consequences for them. I love my job but if this keeps up, im gone and that makes me very sad.

To be honest I wouldn't even apply. They only hire part time and then they don't even give over 15 hrs if that. your lucky if you get more. I have worked for them for a year and half and finally quit due to the strain on my body and little pay, no respect, favoritism. they want all this work done but no hrs and want to keep hiring more people. im glad I quit and wont refer this company to anyone.

I left because the pay wasnt worth the physical strain it puts on your body. After a 10 hour shift, i want to chew my feet off,and it really just isn't worth it.

No 2 stores are run the same. The importance of the processes are are constantly being talked about but not every store is made to follow them the same. Uooer management makes this mistake, among others, but the only one's punished are the store personnel. A receiver who does it all compared to one who ONLY does paper work? How is that ok?!

So many reasons! Constantly cutting back hours due to budget. Favoritism among managers and employees. Don’t pay enough for the amount of hard, physically demanding and tedious work.
