I left because the pay wasnt worth the physical strain it puts on your body. After a 10 hour shift, i want to chew my feet off,and it really just isn't worth it.

No 2 stores are run the same. The importance of the processes are are constantly being talked about but not every store is made to follow them the same. Uooer management makes this mistake, among others, but the only one's punished are the store personnel. A receiver who does it all compared to one who ONLY does paper work? How is that ok?!

So many reasons! Constantly cutting back hours due to budget. Favoritism among managers and employees. Don’t pay enough for the amount of hard, physically demanding and tedious work.

There is a lack of balance between work life and personal life. The OT has been ongoing on a weekly basis for going on 2 years with no means of stopping anytime soon. For those people that do not have family this is an ideal situation however for those with families, that is posing to be an issue.

Not enough pay for the work that needs to be done and not enough hands and having our hours cut back to satisfy corporate, even if a store has a good manager even with a store that does over 9 million in gross sales a year , thanks, hard work, little pay
