There is a lack of balance between work life and personal life. The OT has been ongoing on a weekly basis for going on 2 years with no means of stopping anytime soon. For those people that do not have family this is an ideal situation however for those with families, that is posing to be an issue.

The lack of consideration for Management and Team Members in a upside down store. The DM set physically unobtainable goals causing the entire store to feel the stress. Super short handed with a gigantic order to fill. We bust it though. Payroll continously be cut back leaving us even more In a bind. Its a high stress, hit the ground running job. Definitely not for the lazy, weak, or only the for a paycheck folks.
