Stressful, under paid, drama

If you like drama this is the job for you! If you like to work hard and be under paid? This is the job for you! Poor management! If you want to work for a company that worries more about pushing their credit card and neighbors club this is the place! They talk about bonuses, this mostly goes to the store manager and trickles down to the employees. Rather than pay their employees a decent wage they'd rather wine and dine their store managers and higher ups with several trips to Nashville " for training" , free concerts and awards dinner that results in yet another bonus for the store manager, not you the one that made the sales goals happen. So if you want to work for a company that your just a number, low pay , mediocre benefits and fellow Co workers that get away with being disrespectful then by all means apply, this is the company for you!

It was terrible management is terrible and there up your butt about everything over work there employees while managers get to sit in the office all day and do nothing

What is the best part of working at the company?The team members as well as the managers are awesome people. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?The thieves that steal without paying and putting people in a difficult situation. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?The best thing about working there is that you are treated with respect and courtesy. You are appreciated and I have experienced that they actually care for the team members. What is a typical day like for you at the company?Busy...busy...busy. very busy all the time.

Management made my job miserable

Management was extremely unprofessional. They made my time there absolutely miserable and talked negatively about employees behind their backs. They made fun of another employee for their disabilities, intentionally misgendered a trans employee regularly, and cut hours for people whenever they were upset with them for any reason. They were also incredibly condescending to their employees for not knowing how to complete tasks they were never trained on.Company policy also prohibited discussion of wages to hide the fact they were hiring people at higher wages than those who have been with the company for years for the same job.I dreaded going to work every shift.
