Working at trade management hasn't been the most easiest or the hardest. my main concern is the management it's basically a whole lot of favoritism and gossiping but overall the company is a good very great company outside of the management the place could be way better if everyone was treated equally.

The day began with cleaning and a set up of displays on the showroom floor. Checking and receiving new furniture inventory, sales and delivery to the customers. We also participated in assembly of new furniture as well as repairing damaged pieces.

- Perform on time monitoring of freight via computer scanner to capture and record pertinent data upload for accurate reporting . Monitor trailer loading, proper palletization in order to maintain damage prevention. - Logistic side of business, importance of accurate data, time management, collaboration between various groups involved in processes - NA - Greatest logistics trainer; informative, involved, patient - Having to stay on weekend forklift driver/loader to get the job completed, instead of playing with phone. - The most enjoyable part of my job was working as a contractor and learning the actual logistics side of business and the on site company logistics personnel.
It's a good place to work if you have marketable skills and work ethic. Will have time off between assignments. Only advise for company is to communicate better between branches in order to keep employees working. Sometimes I have to call different branches to locate opening.
Variety of work and location, pay better than perm jobs.
