Things went well at first but now they are doing a poor job keeping me busy. The first company they farmed me out to used me as a workhorse and then dismissed me without even so much as a thank you.

It has been the opportunity of a lifetime. I am extremely grateful for the opportunity and I feel blessed to work with such a great group of people. To have leaders, mentors, and co-workers of this caliber is exceedingly rare, at least from my personal experience after over four decades in the workforce. Best of all, I get great satisfaction from my job. Helping people find work, start or continue a career, it adds something existential to the job. It isn't just a job... I get to help people too. I started out in the work force as an entry level construction laborer and, with no college degree, four decades later I have the kind of job I never dreamed was possible for someone like me. I get to help people see that possibility for themselves as well. There is more than one way to the corner office. All paths don't require a college degree and crushing student debt. I hope to have a very long career here and would recommend the company to anyone.

The only company that had work for me during covid and kept me busy. They made sure I had work even when another company laid all the temps off. The ladies in the office checked up on me to see how everything was going

The account managers are overly casual until there's an issue. Most are young women who have never worked the industry they serve and will not comprehend the average tech issues that due arise and will likely place you to blame, so they won't lose customer relations. The worst part is while waiting for job placement you won't hear anything back from them for days and calling them will end with an attitude as if you're bothering that person. Unprofessional and emotionally driven responses. Come here if you are in need but don't expect the pay you deserve.

Interview Questions

If I was ok taking low pay when I have many years of experience

Shared on March 15, 2018

The questions I was asked had to do with how I thought I would perform doing this (being network cabling) sort of work. They want to make sure you have reliable transportation and telephone number. You are also asked if you will be able to provide your own tools.

When the guy was actually looking at me he wanted to know more about my personal life than my work experience.
