Every resident that was total care had bedsores

I've never been in a place where residents are supposed to feel safe and secure and are not. They get mistreated they all that are total care contained damaged skin and bedsores

Good place, new ownership

The staff and all employees are respectable and hard working. The building is decently maintained and they are fair overall. The ownership group is new to the area and doing it's best.

Steady clean productive work environment

My day usually runs smooth unless we have a call in. Basically I go in at 6 a.m. get all my residents up showered, and dressed for breakfast. Management isnt usually in the building until 8 a.m. There really isn't a hard task at my job if help is needed we have other aids and leads that help out. The best part of working at my job is the residents that I have grown close to and look forward to see...
