The only cultural management give a darn about is making sure the truck leaves the QCC..... I have been on a 36hr run get back to the plant to have management tell me I need to go right back out to cover a run that is sitting in yard. Never mind I have NOT been home & REALLY SLEEP good for 36hrs.... SAFETY SAFETY SAFETY never come up when it fits their needs.... But mess up & it YOUR FAULT & must pay the price because management is NEVER to blame....And that my friends is the "CULTURE" at PJ Foods😞
