It was tough because of management's lack of leadership and direction. Feedback falls on deaf ears. The lack of accountability was troubling.

The location in Houston was good. The people were very nice to help support.

My best advice to give the company would be to really focus on what people are doing and don't be scared to get rid of people doing a bad job. Give I.T. the budget it needs to support people in a timely manner.

TransCanada has a great track record of increasing company profits and gains. The CEO is not shy about stating the many successes the company has attained over the past year. I was rewarded with 19 cents an hour pay raises.
