I currently work for TLI as a Team driver been with the company for 8 months. I'm not one to blow smoke up anyone's *ss. This company isn't any better or worst then the next. We make good money with them as company drivers. But were in a dedicated lane that happens to pick up and deliver near our home so we reset weekly at home. On another note friends who started with us did the lease I wouldn't recommend it. They were never given enough miles, because priority is given to team company drivers. So they quit, and eventually returned as company drivers. But because they are based is Missouri, were given a dedicated lane West to Portland & Washington that requires you sit 12 hours between pick ups. When they refused to do that run we're told about "FORCED DISPATCH" The company lost a great team again.
Primary because Steve the dispatcher is a control freak. & His boss Darin won't take a minute to return multiple phone calls from drivers. In short, we got lucky with this company & will probably remain here forever. Roll the dice take a chance and see where you land. If your looking for a company that doesn't lie, treats you like family and puts you 1st... work for yourself your never going to find it in this world!!

As a former Team driver, I would agree.
There is a huge void between as promised, and as delivered. Beware any agreements, and read carefully.
