It's a job no more no less. Training flies by and they expect you to take calls with customers only a few days into training with very little help. Lunch should definitely be longer for how stressful it can be.

I recently completed training and am now in production. Training was great, very relaxed and informative. The training prepared me for the job. The pay is fair, was recently surprised to receive a bonus incentive that I wasn't expecting. Calls can be draining, but that's with any call center. Definitely among the top positions I've had within a company.

The pay is horrible. If you have a s we question you get an attitude or no response. Dealing with rude customers and rude staff members is not good for anyone.

I really do not recall what it was like working for this company. I did not stay long at all only about a month or so. It was not a very memorable experience honestly.

They are world wide and attendance is hard to maintain. You ask for PTO as the company states, your lucky if you get. I have tried 2-3 times and end up on a waiting list. I end up having to call off, due to never getting approval. In over 2 years working, I was able to schedule and use PTO once. You have a chatroom with your team, but I usually never get answers. I usually find on my own.I love that there is multiple schedules and hopefully get what you need.It can be frustrating, when you've been working and someone just starts and has reached or surpassed you. It seems that if your customers like you, you don't move up to quickly.
