Kind people but horribly disorganized. Terrible work environment

After I was hired, my job description and the things I was told I would work on changed. There is extreme miscommunication and power struggles between the offices, which unfortunately affects most of the new hires or lower level workers. Projects would be changed at random daily. Meetings would be randomly scheduled with no respect to things you are working on currently. Often the CEO would not show up and/or be unreachable. Not being able to get even one proposals bid would mean a severe lack of money and several employees would be let go.
