Not being able to extend any courtesies to the customers. You have to jump through hoops and BEG MANAGEMENT when a customer has a fee on their bill and ask for a courtesy to remove it!!

Yes you work weekends and for the most part once you finish training and start working your normal schedule , You would have to have a GOOD reason to request days off or change your schedule.

In the call center we got paid bi weekly. You start out as a temp making fair temp wages. Once you put your first 3 or 6 months in you are suppose to go to permanent full time and make a descent call center wage. When I worked there they ALWAYS FOUND REASONS TO EXTEND THE NEW HIRE TEMP EMPLOYEES FROM 3 TO 6 MONTHS TO CLOSER TO A YEAR!!
