Not being able to extend any courtesies to the customers. You have to jump through hoops and BEG MANAGEMENT when a customer has a fee on their bill and ask for a courtesy to remove it!!

By far, POOR MANAGEMENT. I have never worked for a company where management goes above and beyond Trying NOT TO HELP THE CUSTOMER!!

Having to go there and work. Being locked in after 7 not being able to go anywhere on your break. The heat is on at about 95 degrees when it's 98 degrees outside
