This place was laughably terrible. They have free lunch to discourage going offsite. The science manager is oblivious to daily activities, too young to manage, and has meetings after (by work standards) heavy drinking, making discussion difficult. You must be careful what you say, don't ask too many questions, and don't expect to get rewarded for hard work. Loyalty to the right people is key. They're not a biotechnology company, they're a software company as they love to say.
