Definitely a throw back to the good old boys club days. If you are smart and female, do not waste your time. Literally ZERO opportunities for advancement for women, no exceptions. Sadly, bad behavior is not only tolerated, but rewarded.
Astonishingly high turnover rate. Only eight of 60-plus employees have a ten-year or longer tenure; and only 11 employees (total) with eight or more years in. Speaks volumes for a 25 year old company.
Men are paid at a considerably higher rate than women for the same exact job, which last I checked, is an illegal practice. Fortunately, some men are not too bright and readily share confidential information.
Those who genuinely care about people/clients; delivering quality service; and doing the right thing, need not apply.
great clientele; several very talented co-workers.
"good old boys club" pretty much defines the company, and its culture. small, privately-owned company that likes to pretent it's big.
