There are always pros and cons of a company. Some of the pros were the staff who were willing to learn, building relationships with residents, relaxed setting, autonomy to use nursing knowledge, good marketing team.
Some of the cons were lack of knowledgeable management (some not all), lots of duties put on nursing, lack of accountability due to concerns - more... about the union, lack of actual advancement-some great managers/leaders have been in same positions for years without any real advancement.
