Having a positive attitude can get you much further than you may think. Even the worst days you may recieve working for the company theres always a positive moment even if you dont see it. You just have to keep your mind and options open. The residents pay A lot of money to live there and is amazing that they put all if their trust in the employees and company to enhance their lives. Keeping in mind that we are dealing with an older generation that has the funds to own multiple expensive posessions you shoukd make a determination on what you can and cannot tolerate because they can sometimes come off as hard and disrespectful but they dont mean it as they come across
Communication is another huge key to having a great experience. If something goes wrong or you havent the time to finish a task or you need help etc, letting someone know can give the car thats going downhill back up to another high point. Many employees have a lot of experience while others are lacking experience and trying to familiarize themselves. Which means theres nothing wrong with communicating the issues or concerns or ideas that you run across. There is constructive criticism that you need to hear in order to increase production and your work ethics. If they do not communicate to you abour the things you need to work on, it can and will turn the company away from the hard work they have put in to get as far as it has and continue progressing. But DO NOT BE AFRAID to speak.
Saftey is a huge priority so whatever seems petty or dumb to you, keep in mind there is a huge reason behind it. Ask questions to figure out the reason behind it before judging it as something very petty or preposterous.

Keeping those things in mind can keep your cart rising and it will fall depending on what the situation is or where you work, but those three keys can help keep you going.
