Don't work here unless you enjoy working with dishonest and immoral people
Business Analyst (Former Employee) – Overland Park, KS – June 20, 2018
Starting from the interview, they promise you everything under the sun to get you interested. Then, when they get you hired on, you slowly start to see how much they lied. The salary is well below the industry average, benefits don't start until almost two months after you start, and middle management is only interested in what others think of you instead of how well you perform. The environment seems friendly at first but almost immediately people are start tracking your every move to report to middle management. So the entire time you work, you have to look over your shoulder and have to think twice about taking a bathroom break. Everybody is all too willing to throw you under the bus in order to take some pressure off themselves. Training is pretty much non existent. You are expected to know everything before you start working and recieving help or asking questions is counted against you. People will also intentionally mislead you in order to make themselves look better.
