Fast-growing company

This is a good company to work for if you already know your field well and don't need training. I was hired as an estimator that had related experience, but was not proficient to start. Management was always saying I would be trained, but I really only learned from my direct peers.

Ok Company

It was an ok company. No real interaction or communication with leadership. It was honestly hard for me to feel like I belonged working there. Company overall lacks moral. If you’re looking to retire in 3-5 years this is the company for you!

Disorganized

There were some great people working there but management was disorganized. A good amount of buffoonery going on. Zero room for advancement. The pay was ok and the time off was standard. Nothing to write home about.

Awesome coworkers. Everyone can work there. Cool manager. Easy light weight material. 10 hour shifts and when its busy OT.No growth, ok pay. Learning to operate machine is easy. You will do multiple tasks to finish you work sheet. Training on crane and forklift after you will be trusted.

Limited Growth Opportunities, Heavy workload, Poor Leadership

Limited growth potential. Very heavy workload and fast paced, with no reward. Overworked and minimally compensated. Senior level management difficult and combative. Co-workers are great but they are often stuck in same roles with limited advancement. When you excel in one area, they will try to keep you in that role.
