Just an overall bad experience. Started out great (like many reviewers have already stated) but just seemed to get worse by the day. The infraction system they have place just doesn't work. Just let ppl pick up the trash and be on their way!

I started with the company as a temporary employee (before the pandemic hit). And for the week and half I was there, I loved the culture and the people. Everyone was so nice and inviting. I didn’t want to go, but like any other temporary assignment, it ended. I kept in touch. And a couple of months later, they had an opening and I finally got hired as a full-time employee! The company has been growing very fast. Our team doubled its size in a couple of months. A few months after I started, I got promoted. I had the opportunity to develop procedures and implement strategies in my new role.Everyday, I’m very happy and excited to go back to work, which is something I never had before. My managers care for me, my teammates are amazing, and feel supported. The company offers great benefits, competitive pay, bonuses, and incentives. Anyone who would like to have the opportunity to grow, I would say, this is your chance. We love to develop new leaders!
