Stressful, overload. Managers need to be well trained and appreciate employees.
You are expected to work extra hours with little compensation. Very slow in hiring. Need to hire more employees to create work life balance. Systems have too many errors which create extra work. Need clear directions from top to bottom. Sometimes workers feel they may have heartattach due to overwork. Some managers are not well trained, micromanagement - more... and unapproachable. Need to change the ways they communicate with employees to shows appreciation instead of criticism. - less
