It is a privilege to serve my community and I have great respect for the hard working team of indivuals I work with. Compensation is a challenge in the current market, and advancement opportunities vary by department and team.

Very diverse culture, supportive coworkers. Almost feel like family. Typical of this job, things are constantly changing (new programs and procedures).

Although compensation may be a little low and there appear staffing issues in some departments, there are plenty of opportunities to move around and try different things, while getting half decent benefits.
