What advice would you give the CEO of Tread Quarters discount tire about how to improve it?
Stop with these impossible numbers to hit. It leads to such a high turnover rate and people fighting with other store managers and the area manager. I have never seen so many nasty people talk to each other the way they do. This company unfortunately does not care about its customers or customer service, but only taking their money.
They hire literally anyone. Dont even sweat it . You'll probably be fired quickly if you dont know what your doing but I know for a fact if they're low on people theyll hire just to have a body in the shop.
Never that I know of. They just tell you to sell more “coupon earl changes” to laugh at you to make you think you’ll make bonus that way.

Keep a level head and an open mind, that style of job can be very irritating
It’s horrible and very sketchy. They expect you to work like a dog in nasty outdated stores with no staff and hit these high numbers. If you don’t, they will call you a loser and make you feel like dirt. Do not work for this company. Definitely the highest turnover rate I have ever seen. Doesn’t seem to have a true HR department either to talk to. They don’t give raises either.
What questions did they ask during your interview at Tread Quarters discount tire?
None basically that were any different than any other automotive job. Basically a shoe in, got the job just on the simple fact I was already employed by the competition.
